Of course, we can't generalize because there are thousands of good teachers with good charisma, but most of them are just frustrated and underpaid professionals.
The same story for high school, college and beyond. The illusion continues. Then, when every step on the learning curve is done, the model citizen, needs to start working on a ridiculous 9 to 5 schedule to help some greedy jerk or group of jerks to make millions where as our citizen model gets some basket with fruits and a small rise of a tiny part of the smallest percentage he helped the company to earn.
The citizen would never whine about a thing, because the program is so strongly planted on the root of his psyche that would never notice, or even laugh at the person that would point out that he lives in a self imposed prison.
Sometimes, we need a real problem, like being laid off while trying to pay a mortgage on our family's house. Then, we will wake up and see things differently. We spend years of our lives training to make someone else rich instead of helping ourselves to get the wealth toward our own profit.
